Sweet Pea in a Pod

Happy Monday!

Today's card share is one I've had in my head for a while now and finally put together.  We've had such a busy weekend with Brittany's college graduation and it was really nice to spend some time in my stampin' studio and create something fun and light.  I hope you like it.

I drew the pea pod shape freehand and cut it out of Lucky Limeade card stock.  I then punched out three vines from the Bird Builder Punch.  The baby girl is made using the 1" circle punch and the Scallop Oval Punch.  The 1/8" Pretty in Pink ribbon  is braided and used to "suspend" the pea pod from the Pretty in Pink Seam Binding bow.  The DSP I used is from the Nursery Nest DSP Collection. Here's what you get in the pack...

"Nursery Nest" is retiring so if you like it....order it soon.  It's going away forever.  :-(

I used my Simply Scored Diagonal Plate to make the grid pattern to mimic a baby quilt to add a little dimension.  The "Congratulations" sentiment is from the "Curly Cute" stamp set.  I love the font so much.

I'm really happy with the way it turned out and I hope you do too.  I'm working on some other fun punch art creations so stay tuned.

Have you checked out all the Retiring Stamps and Accessories yet?  If not, check them out at my Online SU! Shop.  It's open 24/7 so you can even shop in your pj's!

Wishing you a magical Monday,
